Rebooting your DFS Edge

If your DFS Edge device is not working, please perform a 10 minute reboot. 

  1. Hold down the power button for 7-10 seconds until the base LED light turrns off.

  2. Unplug the power cable.

  3. Switch off the power socket at the wall if possible. 

  4. Leave the DFS Edge device disconnected for 10 minutes. 

  5. Reconnect the power supply and switch on the mains power, if applicable. 

  6. Check the stock readings from the point-of-sale (POS) match those from the automatic tank gauge (ATG) console. Please note: the DFS Edge device may take up to 5 minutes to re-establish its connection.
